★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência na loja, gerente totalmente sem ética, atendimento deixa a desejar, no Google o horário mostra até às 18:00 você chega às 17:45 já estão fechando a porta e não deixam mais os clientes entrarem. Fazem cara feia. Não indico a loja para ninguém.
Bad experience in the store, manager totally unethical, service leaves something to be desired, on Google the time shows until 18:00 you arrive at 17:45 they are already closing the door and no longer let customers in. They make ugly faces. I don't recommend the store to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na loja às 17:10hs a loja fecha as 17:50 e os funcionários que enchem os balões com gás hélio disseram que não poderiam encher mais pois é até as 17hs que o fazem. Não tem nenhuma placa nem indicação na loja que indicasse o horário de atendimento. E os funcionários que fazem esse serviço estavam sentados sem fazer nada.Não tinha nenhum gerente para que fosse feita a reclamação. Simplesmente um descaso !!!
I arrived at the store at 5:10 pm the store closes at 5:50 pm and the employees who fill the balloons with helium gas said that they could not fill more because it is until 5 pm that they do it. There is no sign or indication in the store that indicates the opening hours. And the employees who do this service were sitting around doing nothing. There was no manager to file a complaint. Simply neglect!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem de tudo!!!! Já comprei enfeites e bexigas para o primeiro ano do meu filho e agora compramos várias coisas para festa junina, inclusive enfeite de pendurar na porta!
Não deixa a desejar em nenhum quesito... Desde a decoração, roupas temáticas até a educação/simpatia dos atendentes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O “porteiro” é extremamente grosseiro!! Um dia eu cheguei, parei em frente, ele me viu descendo 3 crianças do carro, qdo eu fui entrar ele não deixou e disse que já tinha encerrado o horário, qdo perguntei se ele não tinha me visto soltar 3 cadeirinhas ( o que era impossível,pois foi qq na porta) ele me ignorou, pedi para chamar a gerência e ele disse que não chamaria pois eu só falaria com ele e já bastava!! Não sou obrigada a saber que a loja fecha 17:50 (diferente de todas as lojas) mas ele foi Horrível!!! Péssimo!!! Extremamente mal educado!!! Depois, conversando com outras pessoas, escutei várias reclamações!!!
Se depender de mim, muitas pessoas vai deixar de comprar nesse lugar!!!!
The “doorman” is extremely rude!! One day I arrived, I stopped in front of it, he saw me getting 3 children out of the car, when I went to get in he didn't let me and said that the time was already over, when I asked if he hadn't seen me release 3 car seats (which was impossible , because it was at the door) he ignored me, I asked to call the management and he said he wouldn't call because I would just talk to him and that was enough!! I'm not obligated to know that the store closes at 5:50 pm (unlike all stores) but he was AWFUL!!! Terrible!!! Extremely rude!!! Then, talking to other people, I heard several complaints!!!
If it depends on me, many people will stop buying from this place!!!!
