★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente, eles atendem sem máscara, como se o vírus fosse barrado por meia porta aberta. Segundo, a recepcionista te dá previsões de entrega sem nenhum fundamento. Terceiro, iam me cobrar a mais, se não estivesse um outro funcionário na hora pra falar que "esse serviço é cortesia". 3/4 dias depois o software, original/nativo, que foi supostamente otimizado, e antes dito estar ok sua instação, começa a travar e quando levamos a maquina, querem me cobrar pra concertar o que não foi feito. Falta de profissionalismo, comunicação. Falaram pra levar o meu pc que eles "iriam deixar do mesmo jeito que levei" quando disse que queria meu dinheiro de volta. Posso estar errado em algo? Sim, mas nas palavras deles: a justiça está aí para isso. MUITA MÁ FÉ. E de novo: ATENDENDO SEM MÁSCARAS!
First, they answer without a mask, as if the virus was stopped by half an open door. Second, the receptionist gives you predictions of delivery without any basis. Third, they would charge me more, if there was another employee at the time to say that "this service is complimentary". 3/4 days later the software, original / native, which was supposedly optimized, and before said its installation is ok, starts to crash and when we take the machine, they want to charge me to fix what was not done. Lack of professionalism, communication. They told me to take my pc that they "would leave it the same way I did" when I said I wanted my money back. Can I be wrong about something? Yes, but in their words: justice is there for that. VERY BAD FAITH. And again: ANSWERING WITHOUT MASKS!

Apesar de ser uma empresa pequena, ela é bem acolhedora e conseguiu tirar todas minhas dúvidas, inclusive pelo whatsApp também. Recomendo a todos mineiros e todas a pessoas.
