Bad rubbish endoscopy is treated like a butcher shop God forbid I'll never go back to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem posso avaliar a clinica porque não consegui sequer falar com alguém . No site dizia que estava aberta e o telefone tocou por 10 vezes e nada. E era urgência! Precisei ir lara São Paulo!
I can't even evaluate the clinic because I couldn't even talk to anyone. On the website it said it was open and the phone rang 10 times and nothing. And it was urgency! I had to go to Sao Paulo!

OTIMA CLINICA, always well attended by Dr Artur and my mother we have been treating for many years. I always do endoscopy at the clinic, I never had a problem, they always serve me well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da sala e nem da atendente que faz a endoscopia.. achei pouco higiene no local.
Tiram o paciente sobre efeito ainda da anestesia... não esperam ate que o paciente esteja andando sozinho.
local sem boas instalações inclusive a clinica.
Não voltarei mais com certeza.
I did not like the room or the attendant who does the endoscopy .. I found poor hygiene on site.
They take the patient out of anesthesia yet ... don't wait until the patient is walking alone.
place without good facilities including the clinic.
I won't be back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz consulta la, particular. Doutor Arthur parece ser muito experientes. Me explicou sobre meu problema. Trouxe calma e já me passou u. Tratamento. Fiz também endoscopia e ultra-som.
Endoscopia optei por não ser sedado, incomida um pouco mas é rapido. Recomendo que não seja sedado porque aí não precisa ficar esperando tempo pra se recuperar.
Médicos senhores experientes.
I made a consultation there, privately. Doctor Arthur seems to be very experienced. He explained to me about my problem. It brought calm and u already passed me. Treatment. I also did endoscopy and ultrasound.
Endoscopy I chose not to be sedated, affected a little but it is fast. I recommend that you are not sedated because there is no need to wait time to recover.
Experienced senior doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NAO RESPEITAM AGENDA. Marquei consulta às 8h00 e cheguei às 7h45. As 7h50 chegou o "Sr. José" amigo do Dr. Que avisou "marquei por telefone com o Dr. Artur. Sou amigo dele". Quando o Dr.chegou, chamou seu amigo e não eu, desrespeitando a agenda. Aguardei até às 8h35. Pedi o cancelamento da ficha pois tenho hora para trabalhar e o desrespeito com o paciente foi grande.
DO NOT RESPECT AGENDA. I made an appointment at 8:00 am and arrived at 7:45 am. At 7:50 am, "Mr. José", a friend of Dr. Who said, "I booked by phone with Dr. Artur. I'm a friend of his". When Dr. arrived, he called his friend and not me, disrespecting the agenda. I waited until 8:35 am. I asked for the cancellation of the form because I have time to work and the disrespect for the patient was great.
