Poderiam melhorar nesses aspectos, agilizar mais o atendimento para evitar filas e aglomerações. É bem melhor deixar marcado pelo site e ir no horário marcado.
For those who make appointments through the website, it's good, but in person it's a bureaucracy, a lot of queue and a lot of delay. Many complain a lot about the issue of RG. They could improve in these aspects, speed up the service more to avoid queues and agglomerations. It is much better to leave an appointment on the website and go at the appointed time.
