If you are a customer and not a beggar, I recommend not buying at this store! Because they think they do you a favor. They don't know anything about Chemistry and don't even answer. I recommend berkin, across the street

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento do mundo!! Não recomendo comprar nessa loja. Os atendentes não tem conhecimento nenhum em química e se você precisar tirar uma dúvida é capaz de você levar um TAPA ou um soco da vendedora.
The worst service in the world !! I don't recommend buying from this store. The attendants have no knowledge of chemistry and if you need to clear a doubt, you may be able to take a TAPA or a punch from the salesperson.

Não respondem perguntas direito e quando responde. É com muita grosseria e falta educação.
Really very good place and with great prices. But unfortunately I have to agree that the service is very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma essência lá ao chegar em casa percebi que o cheiro era bem diferente do que eu estava acustumada. E em frente encontrei a mesma essência 50% mais barata próxima vez vou na lojinha da frente e espero achar o cheirinho certo
I bought an essence there when I got home I realized that the smell was quite different from what I was used to. And in front I found the same essence 50% cheaper next time I go to the front store and hope to find the right scent
