★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante, desde do primeiro dia, comprei um óculos de grau, que quebrou em menos de um mês, fui levar na Central Óptica para trocar, fui informado que não tinha o modelo que comprei, ainda insisti que queria o mesmo, a atendente disse q iria demorar, pq iria entrar em contato com o representante. Disse que aguardaria, depois deste dia, me chamaram pra experimentar outros modelos e que não me agradaram, pedi novamente q queria o mesmo modelo ou tamanho do óculos. A última vez q retornei, pois me chamaram para experimentar, chegando na loja, era um parecido, e um pouco menor. Ainda, não era o modelo q eu paguei. Resumindo, acabei aceitando este último, pois estava com crises de dores de cabeça. A minha indignação maior, foi que em nenhum momento desde o dia q deixei até hoje que fui buscar o óculos, foi mencionado que deveria pagar novamente a montagem do mesmo. Tenho todas as conversas gravadas e não foi mencionado nada. Foi uma falta de profissionalismo, falta de sensatez, falta de consideração, pela demora, por tudo que aconteceu. Preferi pagar, só para não voltar neste lugar novamente. Me senti lesado e insatisfeito. NÃO RECOMENTO ESTA LOJA PARA NINGUÉM.
Disappointing, from the first day, I bought a pair of prescription glasses, which broke in less than a month, I took them to the Optical Center to exchange them, I was informed that they did not have the model I bought, I still insisted that I wanted the same, the attendant said that It would take time, because I would contact the representative. I said I would wait, after this day, they called me to try other models and that I didn't like, I asked again that I wanted the same model or size of glasses. The last time I returned, because they called me to try it on, arriving at the store, it was similar, and a little smaller. Still, it wasn't the model I paid for. In short, I ended up accepting the latter, as I was having bouts of headaches. My biggest indignation was that at no time from the day I left until today that I went to get the glasses, was it mentioned that I should pay for the assembly again. I have all the conversations recorded and nothing was mentioned. It was a lack of professionalism, lack of wisdom, lack of consideration, for the delay, for everything that happened. I preferred to pay, just so I wouldn't come back to this place again. I felt hurt and dissatisfied. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE.
