★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui vender meu lote que financeiro 160 mil devido a prestação ter quase triplicado nos últimos 4 anos, pelas minhas contas estaria devendo 125 mil, estou com pagamento em dia. Porém me passaram o valor de 320 mil.
O lote que está vendendo hoje por 170 mil paguei mais de 50 mil em 4 anos e estou devendo 320 mil. Abri reclamação na sexta passadaa, mas pelas declamações daqui eles não vão responder. Perdi meu investimento de anos.

Se atente a compra, pesquisem ao máximo, pois se precisar cancelar é quase impossível !!

1. A parcela quase triplicou perto do anunciado. A correção foi 12x maior do que o anunciado, agora eles querem derrubar minha casa para vender para outros e assim lucrar mais.
2. Para me calar, estão me processando por 30 mil afirmando que sua nota ruim e péssima aqui do Google é devido minha influência. Alguém se sente influenciado por mim????? Kkk nem conheço os reclamantes daqui, é só para me calar, prova disso que eles afirmam que chamei a empresa de "picareta" por isto querem os 30 mil. Só não provam onde usei está palavra. Nunca chamei a empresa de picareta, mesmo que as dezenas de reclamações define ela a isto, mas eu mesmo nunca a chamei.
Isto que da, arrependimento enorme.
I'm being sued for 2 reasons.
1. The parcel almost tripled close to what was advertised. The correction was 12x greater than advertised, now they want to tear down my house to sell to others and thus make more profit.
2. To shut me up, they're suing me for 30,000 claiming that your bad grade here at Google is due to my influence. Does anyone feel influenced by me????? Kkk I don't even know the complainants here, it's just to shut me up, proof of this that they claim that I called the company a "hack" that's why they want the 30 thousand. They just don't prove where I used that word. I never called the company a pickaxe, even though the dozens of complaints define it as such, but I never called it myself.
What a huge regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Logo no 2° mês tive problema de cobrança diferente do que foi combinado, liguei, e me surpreendi, informaram que o.vendedor me enganou mesmo, e vai seguir o que está escrito, primeiro mês com reajuste de 4x mais do que o combinado, espero que normaliza, se ficar assim em 15 meses não terei como pagar. Acho que perdi os mais de 20 mil que dei. Fui enganado, vou processar para ver se consigo recuperar algo.
