★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel péssimo. Quartos sujos, sem água quente, barulhento, atendimento horrível e mal educado. SE RECUSAM A PASSAR CARTÃO DE CRÉDITO MESMO POSSUINDO MAQUININHA! Evitem ao máximo este hotel se possível.
Disappointing hotel. Dirty rooms, no hot water, noisy, horrible and rude reception. REFUSED TO PASS CREDIT CARD EVEN IF YOU HAVE MACHINE! Avoid this hotel if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cara, eu quase nunca dou 5 estrelas, mas de verdade o hotel está super de parabéns:
- quarto de casal com 3 camas, diária 130, tudo muito limpo, toalhas, sabonete, frigobar, tv, central muito boa e silenciosa, a vista é ótima
- corredores limpos, calmos, quadros por todo lado, sofás espalhados, espelhos, janela da sacada
- perguntei se havia quarto para cadeirantes, ja que os dois andares possuem grandes escadas, e possui
- café da manhã muito bom, com muita variedade de alimentos, pão, café, leite, nescal, tapioquinha, bolo, muitas frutas, e possui um refeitório próprio para isso, bem climatizado também.
-Atendimento e prestatividade muito bons, passei por três recepcionistas, os 3 foram super atenciosos, educados e prestativos.
Realmente não tenho nada a falar de negativo do hotel(e olha que sou muito crítico), não sei se vai agradar a todos como eu e minha companhia. Mas certeza que bate vários hotéis na cidade. Novamente PARABÉNS
Man, I almost never give it 5 stars, but the hotel is really super happy:
- double room with 3 beds, daily 130, all very clean, towels, soap, fridge, tv, very good and quiet central, the view is great
- clean, quiet hallways, paintings everywhere, scattered couches, mirrors, bay window
- I asked if there was room for wheelchairs, since the two floors have large stairs, and has
- Very good breakfast, with a wide variety of foods, bread, coffee, milk, nescal, tapioquinha, cake, many fruits, and has its own cafeteria, well air conditioned too.
-Very good service and service, I went through three receptionists, the 3 were super attentive, polite and helpful.
I really have nothing to say about the negative of the hotel (and look I'm very critical), I don't know if it will please everyone like me and my company. But it sure beats several hotels in the city. Congratulations again
