★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal. MUITO RUIM essa unidade da Central Point, por incrível que pareça a da Barra da Tijuca é mil vezes melhor que esta. Quando o pessoal do centro foi cobrir férias da equipe da Barra, muitos clientes entraram em desespero rezando para a equipe anterior voltar. Levei meu MacBook Pro nesta unidade e reportei que o problema que estava no meu Touch ID (que não estava permitindo o cadastro de nenhuma digital) foi gerado pela unidade de Petrópolis E QUE ESTAVA NO PERÍODO DE GARANTIA DE 90 DIAS DADA PELA LOJA, tendo em vista que antes do recall que foi feito lá tudo estava operacional e falei também que gostaria da troca da tela, tendo em vista que seria um direito meu como consumidor, por ser um problema considerado de qualidade da Apple e também por estar no prazo de 5 anos para troca, eles praticamente descartaram TUDO que mencionei no checklist e me cobraram um preço absurdo por um erro que uma das unidades deles cometeram e que eles não querem assumir/resolver. SINCERAMENTE EU SÓ NÃO DO UMA NOTA ABAIXO DE ZERO POR QUE É BLOQUEADO AQUI PELA PLATAFORMA DO GOOGLE. DECEPÇÃO TOTAL COM ESTA LOJA, NÃO INDICO A NINGUÉM!!
 Folks. VERY BAD this Central Point unit, oddly enough the one in Barra da Tijuca is a thousand times better than this one. When the staff at the center went to cover the Barra team's vacation, many customers despaired of their prayers for the previous team to return. I took my MacBook Pro in this unit and I reported that the problem that was on my Touch ID (which was not allowing the registration of any fingerprint) was generated by the Petrópolis unit AND THAT IT WAS IN THE 90-DAY WARRANTY PERIOD GIVEN BY THE STORE, having in considering that before the recall that was made there, everything was operational and I also said that I would like to change the screen, considering that it would be my right as a consumer, as it is considered a quality problem for Apple and also because it is within 5 years to trade, they pretty much discarded EVERYTHING I mentioned on the checklist and charged me an outrageous price for a mistake one of their units made that they don't want to take on/resolve. Honestly, I JUST DON'T RANK BELOW ZERO BECAUSE IT'S BLOCKED HERE BY THE GOOGLE PLATFORM. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THIS STORE, I DON'T REFER TO ANYONE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nunca vi um local com um atendimento TÃO RUIM E TÃO DEMORADO quanto esse! HORRÍVEL! Não merecem ser autorizados Apple, tristeza ter de ir a esse local. Nunca mais, prefiro me deslocar a barra da Tijuca, caso tenha algum outro problema com meus produtos apple.
I've never seen a place with service AS BAD AND AS LONG AS THIS! HORRIBLE! They don't deserve to be Apple authorized, sad to have to go to that place. Never again, I prefer to go to the Tijuca bar, in case I have any other problems with my apple products.

Levei meu iPhone 11 dentro da garantia Apple aparelho tem 6 meses de uso e parou o Face ID, atendente informou que não tinha reparo sem o técnico analisar o aparelho, logo após abriram a ordem de serviço para que fosse analisado o aparelhou entrou sem reconhecer o Face ID e saiu sem reconhecer Face ID, chip com parafuso explanado e excesso de cola pro lado externo do aparelho ! Não levem nesse local simplesmente Horrível !
Horrible ! I took my iPhone 11 under warranty Apple device has 6 months of use and stopped the Face ID, the attendant informed that there was no repair without the technician analyzing the device, soon after they opened the service order for analysis, the device entered without recognizing the Face ID and left without recognizing Face ID, chip with exposed screw and excess glue to the outside of the device! Do not take this place simply Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim. Uma demora para dar entrada no aparelho. O meu fone demorou mais de um mês para chegar. Estou há mais de uma hora só para buscar e a atendente ao invés de chamar o gerente pois a loja está lotada, diz que está em atendimento.
Apenas 3 funcionários. Podiam agendar a retirada ou ter uma pessoa apenas para atender agendados e retirada, já que a venda demora muito. Bem longe de um atendimento Apple. No Village pode demorar mas você é bem atendido e o serviço é rápido, assim como em outras unidades.
Bad service. A delay in entering the device. My phone took over a month to arrive. I've been there for over an hour just to get it and the attendant instead of calling the manager because the store is full, says she's in service.
Only 3 employees. They could schedule the withdrawal or have a person just to attend scheduled and withdrawal, since the sale takes a long time. Far from an Apple service. In the Village it can take a while but you are well attended and the service is fast, as in other units.
