Lousy service. The person answered me with ill will, was totally disinterested in the business. I asked a few questions, to see if he was open to dialogue, answered them all rudely.

Não fazem questão alguma de atender os clientes, fogem dos problemas e não encaram as situações do dia a dia! Como temos um imóvel compartilhado com outros inquilino que eles arrumaram, não aceitaram que a gente pagasse nosso IPTU e nos mandaram cobrar deles. E no final ainda fizeram a gente esperar mais de hora com nossa filha passando mal pra tentar solucionar a situação!
Se tiver como fugir de locação com eles, assim o façam!!
Terrible attendance!
They don't care about serving customers, they run away from problems and don't face everyday situations! As we have a shared property with other tenants that they arranged, they did not accept that we pay our IPTU and ordered us to charge them. And in the end they even made us wait more than an hour with our daughter feeling sick to try to solve the situation!
If you can escape renting with them, do it!!
