O vendedor não deixou testar o carro, somente se eu assinasse a fixa aprovada do financiamento, e se ao sair com o carro eu arranhasse ou batesse eu teria que comprar o carro. Trabalho com carro desde os 19 anos, e depois de 25 anos nunca vi isso. concordo em assumir a responsabilidade de sair com o carro e consertar qualquer dano de minha responsabilidade, mas fazer um teste drive e se algo acontecer eu comprar o carro, isso não existe. O vendedor me atendeu e falou gritando, eu ao lado da minha filha e mulher ficamos arrasados, sugiro treinar seus profissionais com atendimento ao cliente. E se o vendedor teve que pagar o conserto de outro carro segundo ele disse que foi obrigado a fazer isso, eu lamento muito. Sugiro fazer um termo de responsabilidade...o cliente assina e a responsabilidade é dele, correto. Mas pagar pelo carro todo....os vendedores em cidades grandes, saem com o cliente , é tudo preenchido corretamente.
Atendimento de vocês deixou muito a desejar...
Fechei em outra loja, o vendedor até se colocou a disposição para trazer o carro (delivery) em minha residencia por conta do horário que estava muito em cima da hora....

The seller did not let the car test, only if I signed the approved fixed amount of the financing, and if when I left the car I scratched or crashed, I would have to buy the car. I've been working with a car since I was 19 years old, and after 25 years I've never seen it. I agree to take responsibility for taking the car out and fixing any damage that I am responsible for, but take a test drive and if something happens I buy the car, it doesn't exist. The salesperson answered me and shouted, I, next to my daughter and wife, were devastated, I suggest training their professionals with customer service. And if the seller had to pay for the repair of another car as he said he was forced to do it, I'm very sorry. I suggest making a term of responsibility...the client signs and the responsibility is his, correct. But pay for the whole car....salesmen in big cities, go out with the customer, everything is filled out correctly.
Your service left a lot to be desired...
I closed it at another store, the seller even made himself available to bring the car (delivery) to my residence due to the time that was very late....
