Tinha sido claro acima, mas como respondeu sem entender a nossa reclamação vou retificar abaixo.
Ja comprei algumas vezes de vocês e a entrega é péssima. Então precisei de 15 cobogós e resolvi ir com meu carro buscar para não depender da sua entrega, portanto aí na porta da loja de vocês vocês demoraram para liberar o material para eu levar. Uma hora de espera e um batendo no outro ai e ninguém resolvia. Deve ter dado pra entender agora.
