Atendentes lindas e educadas.
Porém a qualidade da velocidade da internet deixa a desejar, muito lenta pra os 200 mega que contratei.

O setor comercial poderia nos informar melhor quando tem planos novos, ou quando estão passando por instabilidade(poupando assim o tempo que o cliente perde ligando para saber o motivo da instabilidade/queda)
Quality internet sometimes experiences instability, but this is normal for any internet. The commercial sector could inform us better when they have new plans, or when they are experiencing instability (thus saving the time the customer spends calling to find out the reason for the instability/downfall)

Mesmo sabendo sobre A MULTA do cancelamento, não sou obrigada a ouvir grosserias. Precisam fazer uma reciclagem com esse tipo de gente sem noção em atendimento. Espero que ela faça meu cancelamento sem autorização como falou que iria fazer(por apenas eu ter ligado perguntando), e espero mais ainda que me coloque no SPC. Aguardo o contrato assinado online e aguardo mais ainda uma resposta concreta e sem grosseria. Sem mais...
I was attended by an employee who did not even want to be identified. I was going to cancel but I was grossly underserved. Even though I know about THE FINE for cancellation, I don't have to listen to rudeness. They need to do a recycling with this type of people with no idea in attendance. I hope she cancels me without authorization as she said she would (because I just called and asked), and I hope even more that she puts me on the SPC. I am waiting for the signed contract online and I am still waiting for a concrete answer without rudeness. No further...
