★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente precisa melhorar. Treinar/capicitar os atendentes. E pedir para que eles exerçam melhor suas funções, com organização e eficiencia. Precisa tb selecionar melhor os serviços ou servidores terceirizados, tipo vigilância, e serviços gerais e, especialmente dos serviços de limpeza dos corredores escadrias e salas. O ambiente está com mal cheiroso e sujo. Tem entulhos à vista nas salas. Não tem paisagismo nos ambientes internos ou externos. A pintura do local é precária. Tá feio. A área do estacionamento está bastante esburacada e sem organização. A estrutura predial e localização são muito boas, no entanto, precisa de melhor gestão e cuidados para atendimento público . Melhorar é preciso.
