★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui enganado. Cobraram mais que o dobro do valor de uma peça que precisou ser substituída (ventoinha do radiador). Total falta de honestidade. Tomem cuidado ao buscar os serviços dessa oficina. Não recomendo.
I was deceived. They charged more than twice the value of a part that needed to be replaced (radiator fan). Total lack of honesty. Take care when seeking the services of this workshop. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de compartilhar um constrangimento que passei nessa manhã, fui tentar fazer um orçamento e já fui abordado com a seguinte pergunta: "Você já sabe como aqui funciona?" eu disse: não! Aqui cobro orçamento "120,00" pilas caso não seja aprovado o orçamento. Tentei conversar e explicar o problema e a pessoa que me atendeu parecia não querer atender ou estava menosprezado o carro que eu estava. Já achei um absurdo cobrar por um orçamento, mas até ai tudo bem. Mas não querer atender julgado se eu aceitaria ou não pagar o orçamento, e eu queria muito fazer o serviço mas tive que me retirar constrangido e percebendo que o mesmo não queria perder tempo falando comigo. Não sei a qualidade do serviço mas pelo atendimento já recomendo não ir lá ao menos que vc vá de carrão e demonstre que tem grana.
I would like to share an embarrassment that I went through this morning, I tried to make a budget and I was approached with the following question: "Do you already know how it works here?" I said no! Here I charge a budget of "120.00" piles if the budget is not approved. I tried to talk and explain the problem and the person who answered me seemed not to want to answer or the car I was in was underestimated. I've found it absurd to charge for a budget, but so far so good. But not wanting to answer judged if I would accept or not to pay the budget, and I really wanted to do the service but I had to leave feeling embarrassed and realizing that he didn't want to waste time talking to me. I don't know the quality of the service but for the service I recommend not going there unless you go by car and show that you have money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (((NÃO LEVEM SEU CARRO LÁ, SERVIÇO PÉSSIMO !!!!)))). Reparei meu carro nessa oficina a 2 anos e pouco, foi feito no passado funilaria no capô e trocado o farol esquerdo. Atualmente a pintura esta toda rachada e o farol esquerdo todo queimado/fosco. O farol direito que é original e tem mais de 10 anos está novinho. Segue fotos da trinca no capô e do farol. Não recomendo essa oficina, passe longe se for possível.
(((DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!)))). I repaired my car in this workshop 2 years ago, it was done in the past funilaria on the hood and the left headlight was changed. Currently the paint is all cracked and the left headlight all burnt / matte. The right headlamp, which is original and over 10 years old, is brand new. Here are photos of the crack in the hood and headlight. I do not recommend this workshop, stay away if possible.
