★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior loja que eu já vi , não cumpre com o prometido , querem te obrigar a fazer o serviço todo , de início já cobram numa faixa de 180,00 que falam que seria pra regular o gás e não regula nada .. depois que você paga o serviço eles só metem a mão pra trocar alguma peça se você fizer tudo que foi estipulado pelo mecânico ... Eles condenam várias peças , não recomendo de jeito nenhum ...
Worst store I have ever seen, it doesn’t live up to what was promised, they want to force you to do all the work, at first they already charge in a range of 180.00 that say it would be to regulate the gas and do not regulate anything .. after you pay the service they only put their hand in to change some parts if you do everything that was stipulated by the mechanic ... They condemn several parts, I do not recommend at all ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existem lojas como ela muito melhores na região. Efetuei a instalação do gás nela, e por isso fiz algumas revisões e concertos no local. Após algum tempo tive um problema em que a caixa comutadora não acendia, não sabendo eu se estava não gás ou não, levando no local em princípio foi me cobrado 180,00 para "descobrir" o problema, como achei caro, levei em outra loja, New gás próximo a ponte na praia do Siqueira, em que fui prontamente atendido. O mecânico olhou e verificou que o problema era o conector do fio de alimentação que tinha partido. Em menos de 5 minutos ele resolveu o problema que como falei, me foi cobrado CR$180,00 só para "descobrir" o problema. Nunca mais levo e não recomendo está oficina.

After some time I had a problem in which the switch box did not light, not knowing if I was not gas or not, taking in the place in principle I was charged 180.00 to "find" the problem, as I found it expensive, I took it in another store , New gas near the bridge on the beach of Siqueira, where I was promptly attended. The mechanic looked and found that the problem was the power cord connector that had broken. In less than 5 minutes he solved the problem that as I said, I was charged CR $ 180.00 just to "discover" the problem. I never take it again and I do not recommend this workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sou da cidade, me passou um preço por telefone e quando cheguei no local mudou o valor, minha placa tem a cidade de onde eu sou. Disse que o serviço era mais complexo porém na outra oficina que realizei o serviço disse que não tinha nada disso.
I am not from the city, a price was given to me by phone and when I arrived at the place the price changed, my sign has the city where I am from. I said that the service was more complex but in the other workshop that I performed the service said that I had none of that.

Pessimo atendimento, serviço demorou mais que o combinado aumentaram o preço combinado do nada e o carro ainda quebrou no segundo dia, após retornar assim para oficina com o atendimento pior ainda, mais uma espera prolongada o carro retornou pior do que entrou na primeira vez com um barulho horrível na caixa de marcha, nao quis nem voltar levei em outra oficina que me deu uma prazo de 3 dias (muito menos que na elite) e cobrou 1/4 do valor!! Essa foi minha experiência não recomendo e se alguém ler essa msg não cometam esse erro me custou caro R$:1.990,00

Pessimo attendance, service took longer than agreed increased the combined price of nothing and the car still broke on the second day, after returning to the workshop with even worse service, one more long wait the car returned worse than it entered the first time with a horrible noise in the gearbox, I didn’t even want to go back, I took it to another workshop that gave me a period of 3 days (much less than in the elite) and charged 1/4 of the amount !! That was my experience I do not recommend and if someone reads this message do not make this mistake it cost me R $: 1,990.00
