★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente estrutura. Enorme variedade dos pneus Goodyear. Boas opções de serviços e bom atendimento, mas o ponto forte a se destacar é a limpeza e a tecnologia disponibilizada para se fazer os serviços. O preço segue o padrão das demais lojas do ramo. Nem caro nem barato.
Excellent structure. Huge range of Goodyear tires. Good service options and good service, but the strong point to highlight is the cleanliness and the technology available to make the services. The price follows the standard of other stores in the industry. Neither expensive nor cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei pelo Ferreira Costa e a lanterna do carro não estava pegando. Fui no centro automotivo para eles verificarem o defeito. De cara informaram que era lâmpada queimada e que não tinham. Expliquei que aconteceu outras vezes e que a lâmpada estava folgada, questionei se seria possível ajustar. O mecânico pediu para abrir a mala, nem tocou na lâmpada nem no farol e de cara foi informando que não faziam o serviço lá, pois teriam que retirar o farol e etc e nem disse o valor do serviço. Eu não pedi um favor! Eu queria que dessem um jeito no meu carro, pois em pleno domingo seria emergência, tendo vista que iria sair com o farol sem pegar. Eu iria pagar o valor que fosse solicitado pelo conserto! Fui mais a frente, mexi na lâmpada, apertei um pouco e ela pegou. O atendimento foi péssimo e não sei se é falta de treinamento da equipe ou de educação do mecânico. Foi bom, pois das próximas vezes passarei longe!
I passed Ferreira Costa and the car's flashlight was not catching. I went to the automotive center for them to check the defect. They reported that it was a burned-out lamp and they did not have it. I explained that it happened other times and that the lamp was loose, I asked if it would be possible to adjust. The mechanic asked to open the suitcase, neither touched the light bulb nor the headlight and said that they did not do the service there, because they would have to remove the headlight and etc and did not say the value of the service. I did not ask a favor! I wanted them to find a way in my car, because in the middle of Sunday it would be an emergency, having a view that would leave the lighthouse without picking up. I would pay the amount that was requested by the repair! I went further, moved on the light bulb, squeezed a little and she took it. The attendance was terrible and I do not know if it is lack of team training or education of the mechanic. It was good, because of the next times I will pass away!

I liked everything about this automotive center ... I took my car to do a suspension and tire change check, the staff are fantastic and very helpful!
