★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico. Meu carro ficou quase um mês nesse local. Ninguém tinha uma posição correta para me dar sobre o término do serviço , ligava todos os dias por uma posição. Quando eles marcaram a data que e fui buscar o carro cheguei lá e ainda estavam consertando nas pressas. Resultado sai de lá com o carro cheio de imperfeições, terei que agendar com a seguradora uma outra vistoria para refazer as algumas coisas. Por essas e outras coisas que eu não indico.
I do not indicate. My car stayed there for almost a month. Nobody had a correct position to give me about the end of the service, I called every day for a position. When they set the date and I went to get the car I got there and they were still fixing it in a hurry. As a result, I leave with a car full of imperfections, I will have to schedule another inspection with the insurance company to redo some things. For these and other things that I do not indicate.

Prezado (a), caso você esteja buscando informações sobre Centro Automotivo, este com certeza não é definitivamente o lugar onde você queira deixar o seu veículo.
No dia 1° de março deste ano, coloquei indicadamente pela seguradora LIBERTY, como 3° do segurado, e até hoje o meu veículo encontra-se lá.
Por inúmeras vezes estive lá, e como de costume sempre dão desculpas. Na última vez que liguei, falei com a recepcionista, que é a única pessoal sensata e sensível ao cliente deste local, fui informado de que meu Veículo estava montando, pois já havia sido pintado. Decidi então ir até o Centro Automotivo e, para a minha surpresa, estava tudo errado! Para choque desalinhado, arranhado. Paralama traseiro empanado e etc. Certo é, que mais uma vez deixei meu veículo e, decidi resolver esse caso Judicialmente; infelizmente.
Por amar o próximo, aconselho:
NUNCA COLOQUE SEU VEÍCULO NESTE LOCAL!!!!!

On March 1st of this year, I placed it, indicated by the insurance company LIBERTY, as 3rd in the insured, and to this day my vehicle is still there.
I've been there countless times, and as usual they always make excuses. The last time I called, I spoke to the receptionist, who is the only sensible and customer-sensitive staff in this location, I was informed that my Vehicle was riding, as it had already been painted. So I decided to go to the Automotive Center and, to my surprise, everything was wrong! For misaligned, scratched shock. Breaded rear fender and so on. Sure is, that once again I left my vehicle and decided to settle this case Judicially; Unfortunately.
Because I love others, I advise:
NEVER PUT YOUR VEHICLE ON THIS SITE!!!!!

Tive uma batida que danificou a frente de meu carro e a parte interna do veículo com ar condicionado, rádio dor e muito mas. O serviço foi feito mas na parte interna muitos danos que levo até hoje, o capo do carro fecha com dificuldade, as minha portas ficaram com ruídos, meus vidro traseira travou, o ventilado de esfriamento do motor veio quebrado parecendo que foi mechido. Tive problemas no teto parece que não foi coberto, tive mas prejuízo do que solução e ainda meu carro ficou 10 dias no pátio jogado como uma lata velha, só começaram o atendimento depois que fui lá ver.
Tentei resolver lá diversas vezes e nunca fui atendido.
Infelizmente fiquei no prejuízo.

The service was done, but inside, I still have a lot of damage, the hood of the car closes with difficulty, my doors were noisy, my rear window locked, the engine cooling fan came broken, looking like it had been changed. I had problems on the roof, it seems that it was not covered, I had more damage than the solution and my car was still in the yard for 10 days, thrown like an old can, the service only started after I went to see it.
I tried to resolve there several times and was never attended to.
Unfortunately I was at a loss.
