★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegando na oficina eu tive um ótimo atendimento do Rodrigo que me explicou com transparência e atenção tudo o que deveria ser realizado em meu veículo, especificando valores do serviço e peças a serem utilizadas.
Durante o período em que meu veículo esteve na oficina eu tive total atenção da oficina pelo telefone e recebi fotos do veículo por whatsapp, o que me deixou bem tranquilo.
Ao retirar o meu veículo pude perceber que todos os funcionários se empenharam totalmente para entregar o melhor serviço possível, indo além até do que combinamos.
O carro me foi entregue inclusive lavado e perfumado, só tenho o que parabenizar a todos os funcionários da interplace e com certeza irei retornar sempre para futuros serviços e indicar para todos.
Arriving at the workshop I had a great service from Rodrigo who explained to me with transparency and attention everything that should be done in my vehicle, specifying service values and parts to be used.
During the period that my vehicle was in the workshop I had full attention of the workshop over the phone and received photos of the vehicle by whatsapp, which made me feel very relaxed.
When I removed my vehicle, I could see that all employees were totally committed to delivering the best service possible, going even beyond what we agreed.
The car was delivered to me, even washed and scented, I just have to congratulate all the interplace employees and I will definitely return for future services and recommend it to everyone.
