Respondendo a loja: Quando saí daí estive em outra loja pra ter uma segunda opinião sobre o defeito apontando e o outro profissional não identificou o defeito relatado por vocês. O que me leva a crer que o defeito foi "inventado" para arrancar dinheiro. Sei que não sou obrigada a fazer o serviço, como não fiz. Mas certamente deve colar com algum cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei dois pneus dia 17/2 E no dia 13/3 notei uma bolha no pneu e ele no mesmo dia estourou, quando levei lá mesmo sem tirar o pneu da roda já disse q foi alguma pancada que eu dei pro pneu ter estourado, pesquisei e todos disser que isso só acontece com pneu mal feito, sem contar que eles condenaram minha suspensão e por isso não fizeram o tal alinhamento de graça.
Pessimo, nunca mais volto, por causa de um pneu perderam muitos clientes

Esse pneu a preço de custo deve lhe sair uma mixaria, o sr está perdendo muito mais com a propaganda negativa aqui no Google. Todo mundo sabe que remold é dor de cabeça, mas infelizmente devido a falta de grana algumas pessoas acabam recorrendo a ele. O senhor como comerciante teve uma péssima postura não diferente em nada de outros centros automotivos que fazem a mesma coisa. Prometem um material perfeito mas na hora da garantia inventam mil desculpas e empurram a culpa para o cliente e mais uma vez eu falo, em se tratando de remold, o senhor ganharia muito mais trocando o pneu do cliente Sem perguntar nada, deixando-o satisfeito. Pneus novos, me desculpe, alguém já ouviu dar defeito de fábrica? Muito, mas muito raro mesmo! Eu mesmo pensava em ir aí, já não irei mais. Prefiro colocar um meia vida a passar pelo que o colega passou. Boa sorte com seus negócios!
