★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usei os serviços no final de 2020. Os problemas do carro (não carregamento da bateria e não funcionamento do marcador de nível de combustível) foram resolvidos após o serviço. Contudo, tive duas insatisfações.
A primeira é que o serviço foi executado sem confirmação do valor do orçamento. Tínhamos apenas uma previsão e a empresa havia se comprometido a passar o valor correto para, só então, proceder com os reparos. No entanto, quando nos passaram o valor final o serviço já havia sido executado.
A segunda se refere ao reembolso do combustível. Quando deixamos o carro, o tanque estava quase cheio. Ao retirarmos, foi apresentada para reembolso uma nota de R$65 referente a um abastecimento efetuado para testar o sensor de nível. Este valor corresponde a aproximadamente metade do tanque. Isso não prova nada, mas me causa desconfiança.
Evitarei a oficina no futuro, pois não foi uma primeira experiência positiva.
I used the services at the end of 2020. The car's problems (not charging the battery and the fuel gauge not working) were solved after the service. However, I had two dissatisfactions.
The first is that the service was performed without confirming the budget amount. We had only one forecast and the company had committed itself to pass the correct amount to, then, proceed with the repairs. However, when the final value was passed on to us, the service had already been performed.
The second refers to fuel reimbursement. When we left the car, the tank was almost full. Upon withdrawal, a note of R $ 65 was presented for reimbursement for a refill made to test the level sensor. This value corresponds to approximately half of the tank. This proves nothing, but it causes me to distrust.
I will avoid the workshop in the future, as it was not a positive first experience.
