★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenta enganar os clientes. Tenham cuidado. Deixei meu carro lá somente para fazer a troca dos pneus dianteiros e balancear os dois. Voltei mais tarde para buscar o carro e ele me disse que havia tentado me ligar, mas não conseguiu falar comigo e trocou os dois bicos, pois segundo ele estavam "ressecados". Mas era mentira pois eu mesmo havia trocado os bicos 1 mês atrás. Também me disse que havia alinhado o meu carro. O que ele não sabia é que eu trabalhei em centro automotivo durante 11 anos e já me deparei com essas historinhas 1 milhão de vezes. Paguei somente pela troca dos pneus e balanceamentos. Cheguei em minha casa, estercei as rodas e não havia marcas de chave na porca que trava a barra axial, onde se ajusta o alinhamento. Resumindo, fez a mais do que pedi, não teve minha autorização para isso, e ainda tentou me enganar falando que havia alinhado meu carro, sendo que não alinhou.
