Há alguns anos atrás deixamos nosso carro para fazer um reparo e ao final do dia quando meu marido foi buscar o carro o para-choque havia sido danificado por outro veículo e a placa havia quebrado e estava no chão. O Thiago, proprietário da oficina, nada fez, apenas pediu desculpas e o prejuízo continua visivelmente no carro até hoje.Ficamos chateados com a falta de profissionalismo e decidimos não realizar mais nenhum serviço nessa oficina. Esse ano precisamos fazer a suspensão do nosso carro e alinhar e balancear os pneus e por falta de opção decidimos voltar na space car. Pior arrependimento.Comecou que quando meu marido foi buscar o carro no final do dia a oficina estava fechada e não havia nenhum funcionário no local,não ligaram para avisar que o carro estava pronto e nem nada, detalhe que foi deixado bem claro que precisaríamos do carro no mesmo dia. Meu marido teve que esperar das 18:10 horas até às 20:30horas da noite na porta da oficina para que o Thiago viesse de Osasco até lá abrir a oficina para pegar o nosso carro. No outro dia tivemos que voltar para realinhar e balancear novamente os pneus pois o serviço não ficou bom. Ontem, 21/09 , um mês depois do stress , meu carro começou a apresentar barulhos na suspensão, ou seja , o serviço foi super mal feito. Nunca deveríamos ter voltado nesse lugar. Eu Joguei 2.500 reais fora, mas eles perderam um cliente e várias indicações. Péssimo serviço , não recomendo.
 It is the second time that my husband and I have problems with this workshop. A few years ago we left our car to do a repair and at the end of the day when my husband went to get the car the bumper had been damaged by another vehicle and the license plate had broken and was on the floor. Thiago, owner of the workshop, did nothing, just apologized and the damage remains visibly in the car today. We were upset with the lack of professionalism and decided not to perform any more services in this workshop. This year we need to suspend our car and align and balance the tires and due to lack of options we decided to return to the space car. Worse regret. It started that when my husband went to get the car at the end of the day, the workshop was closed and there was no employee on site, they did not call to say that the car was ready and nothing, a detail that was made very clear that we would need the car on the same day. My husband had to wait from 6:10 pm until 8:30 pm at the door of the workshop for Thiago to come from Osasco until he opened the workshop there to get our car. The other day we had to go back to realign and balance the tires again because the service was not good. Yesterday, 9/21, a month after the stress, my car started showing noises in the suspension, that is, the service was super badly done. We should never have gone back to that place. I threw 2,500 reais, but they lost a client and several referrals. Bad service, do not recommend.
