Diana solicitou vários exames que ajudaram a descobrir alguns problemas que não foram detectados por outros médicos que passei, depois da avaliação realizada por ela fui encaminhada na mesma hora para a nutricionista que foi muito atenciosa, então eu recomendo!
The care is time-consuming, but Dr. Diana requested several tests that helped to discover some problems that were not detected by other doctors that I passed, after the evaluation made by her I was sent at the same time to the nutritionist who was very attentive, so I I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É extremamente difícil conseguir falar pelos números de telefone disponíveis, estou há duas semanas tentando e não consigo para marcar meu retorno.
Nas duas vezes que fui à clínica ela estava extremamente lotada e o tempo de espera é absurdo.
A dra é atenciosa mas o tempo de espera e a dificuldade de atendimento por telefone são terríveis

The two times I went to the clinic it was extremely crowded and the waiting time is absurd.
The doctor is attentive but the waiting time and the difficulty of answering the phone are terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência foi a pior possível! Estou com gravidez de risco, anemia profunda, cheguei a clínica, relatei minha situação e fiquei aguardando. Mas depois de tanta demora, fui me informar, e conclusão: a atendente passou na minha frente pessoas que ela "considerava" ser mais prioridade e que chegaram depois de mim. Descobri pq eu já estava passando mal, quando perguntei qts pessoas tinham na minha frente e ela disse 5. Pedi pra falar com a Dra Diana, que era a médica a qual me destinava e, nada. Mas quando falei que queria cancelar a consulta, o fizeram em 3 segundos. Resumo: NÃO RECOMENDO ESTA CLÍNICA, POIS O ATENDIMENTO DA RECEPÇÃO É PÉSSIMO. A não ser que vc esteja disposto a passar o dia todo pra ser atendido. Sem mais! Nota ZERO. Voltei pra casa sem atendimento.
My experience was the worst possible! I am at risk of pregnancy, profound anemia, I arrived at the clinic, reported my situation and waited. But after so long, I went to find out, and concluded: the attendant passed in front of me people that she "considered" to be more priority and who arrived after me. I found out why I was already sick, when I asked how many people were in front of me and she said 5. I asked to speak with Dr. Diana, who was the doctor I was assigned to, and nothing. But when I said I wanted to cancel the appointment, they did it in 3 seconds. Summary: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC, BECAUSE THE SERVICE OF THE RECEPTION IS TERRIBLE. Unless you are willing to spend all day to be attended. No further! Note ZERO. I returned home without assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, marcaram 11h. Fui atendida as 18:30h sem ter nem almoçado, ainda fazem consulta cansadinha encaminhando pra profissional do mesmo local e tive que pagar um exame deles extra q plano nenhum faz cobertura. Um atendimento desumano, sem respeito com o paciente essa demora infinita.
Terrible, they marked 11am. I was attended at 18: 30h without having even lunch, still make tired consultation referring to professional of the same place and had to pay an extra exam of them no plan does coverage. Inhumane care, without respect for the patient, this infinite delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como a maioria já relatou, atendimento muito demorado. Fomos com criança já no fim de tarde para evitar a espera muito grande e de nada adiantou. 4 pacientes na frente mais de 2:40 min esperando.
Peguei a relação de exames mas vou levar em outra médica, prefiro pagar que ficar horas esperando
Não recomendo
As most have already reported, very slow service. We went with children in the late afternoon to avoid a very long wait and it was no use. 4 patients at the front more than 2:40 min waiting.
I took the exam list but I'll take it to another doctor, I'd rather pay than wait hours
