★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionária Elaine/Eliane extremamente grossa e mal educada. Ríspida e inteiramente despreparada para atender os clientes, fazendo caretas na cara de forma completamente desrespeitosa. Tempo de espera para fazer um exame de mais de 2 meses. Desorganizados, emitem documentos errados, não conferem nada e o cliente que sai com a culpa. Péssimos!
Employee Elaine / Eliane extremely thick and rude. Abrupt and completely unprepared to serve customers, making faces in a completely disrespectful way. Waiting time to take an exam for more than 2 months. Disorganized, they issue wrong documents, they do not check anything and the customer leaves with the blame. Lousy!

O resultado é o que vai encontrar neste lugar.
Não atendem o telefone, e quando atendem é um descaso, mau atendimento que parece que a empresa é que está te pagando para seus serviços. Arrogância, prepotência e descaso total. A atendente muito provavelmente é filha do presidente da República, e age como se fosse o mesmo!
As pessoas que deram nota boa são amigas ou tem algum vínculo com os funcionários não é possível. Mas o que esperar de um monopólio, ao não ser isso. Poderiam ter ao menos mais duas concorrentes na cidade, aí veríamos se seria isso aí!
