It has many rooms with great professionals from different segments. Easily accessible place (right in the "heart" of Gonzaga) and with security. And for convenience there is a parking lot next door.

Hoje (03/02/2018),esse "ser" de forma arrogante mandou a moça se afastar do balcão de identificação , pela forma bruta, ela se negou e, ao invés dele se retratar pela atitude, xingou-a de imbecil.
Se a administração permite um funcionårio assim, algo estå de errado

Today (03/02/2018), this "being" arrogantly sent the girl away from the identification desk, by the brute form, she refused and, instead of retracting her attitude, cursed her as an imbecile.
If management allows such an employee, something is wrong

Large building, with many offices in several different measures, but the elevator takes a long time to arrive precisely because of the number of people that pass through the building. On certain days of the week the reception is also very full so it can take a while to get your business card

â â â â â Os porteiros sĂŁo muito educados e atenciosos. Prefira subir pelo lado direito (para quem entra pela Ana costa) pois do lado esquerdo sĂł um elevador funciona.

Sou cliente de vĂĄrias clĂnicas e escritĂłrios no empreendimento, por este motivo frequento o local tem mais de 2 anos e sempre que vou atĂ© lĂĄ preciso informar no mĂnimo 2 ou 3 vezes o nĂșmero da minha identidade, tem fila, tratam os clientes de forma rĂspida e sempre fazem a mesma pergunta no tocante ao cadastro, chega a ser constrangedor, cansativo e desgastante. Poderiam modernizar este sistema e dar treinamento para que os atendentes sejam mais simpĂĄticos, cordiais e pro ativos. Tem uma senhora no perĂodo da manhĂŁ que Ă© muito antipĂĄtica, nĂŁo tem vontade nenhuma de atender.
Deixo aqui o meu registro em virtude de ter passado muitas situaçÔes desagradåveis, assim, quem sabe possam investir em melhorias na recepção, pois sinceramente estou revendo a continuidade dos meus tratamentos no empreendimento considerando o atendimento prestado na portaria.
The reception service is terrible.
I am a client of several clinics and offices in the enterprise, for this reason I have been attending the place for more than 2 years and whenever I go there I need to inform at least 2 or 3 times my identity number, there is a queue, they treat clients harshly and they always ask the same question regarding registration, it can be embarrassing, tiring and exhausting. They could modernize this system and provide training so that the attendants are more friendly, cordial and proactive. There is a lady in the morning who is very unfriendly, has no desire to attend.
I leave my record here because I have been through many unpleasant situations, so, who knows, maybe they can invest in improvements in reception, as I am sincerely reviewing the continuity of my treatments in the enterprise considering the service provided at the reception.
