Too bad I'm trying to schedule an Eletro with a cardiologist there's no vacancy but the Unimed plan ticket arrives on the right day I was at the care center Unimed Angra dos Reis RJ the attendant said the schedule would open on 06.14.2021 I went on that day she said that would open in the week I had appointments I only managed to call today 06/18/2021 the schedule was packed very bad I don't recommend

â â â â â AlĂ©m do mal atendimentos dos funcionĂĄrios da recepção de consulta mĂ©dica a supervisora tambĂ©m nĂŁo sabe tratar nem lidar um paciente, ainda fazem esperar durante horas para ser atendido. Ficam falando alto dos problemas dos paciente e com ignorĂąncia nĂŁo tem empatia nem preparo para estar nesse cargo. O pessoal do laboratĂłrio Ă© excelente atenciosos e educados parece empresa diferente. Segundo andar Ă© pĂ©ssimo.

They talk loudly about the patients' problems and ignorantly have neither empathy nor preparation to be in this position. The lab staff is excellent attentive and polite it looks like different company. Second floor sucks.
