Ensinam tanto a técnica quanto a situação em que podemos usar a técnica, além de nos lembrarem da responsabilidade de saber de se defender e quando as usar. Recomendo sempre e continuarei lá, firme e forte. Obg!
I have been doing krav maga at school for a few months now and the experience has been extremely rewarding. The teachers are all very nice people and know a lot about self-defense. They teach both the technique and the situation in which we can use the technique, as well as reminding us of the responsibility of knowing when to defend ourselves and when to use them. I always recommend and will continue there, firm and strong. Thanks!
