★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive lá dia 03/03/2022, realmente o atendimento é beeeeeem demorado, mas vale a pena esperar, pois o atendimento é primoroso, os médicos são empáticos e o tratamento é humanizado. Fui atendida pelo Dr. Alexandre e por outro médico que, infelizmente, não consigo me recordar o nome, a equipe do CAISM está de parabéns!
 I was there on 03/03/2022, the service is really long, but it's worth the wait, because the service is exquisite, the doctors are empathetic and the treatment is humanized. I was treated by Dr. Alexandre and another doctor whose name, unfortunately, I can't remember, the CAISM team is to be congratulated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente está deixando a desejar .antes quando era da Santa Casa era muito bem atendidos.agora mudam os médicos não nos avisam quando estamos fazendo a ficha na recepçao sem contar que marcam horários chegamos cedo e não atendem no horário marcado.Nao avisam se os médicos vem ou não.E não moramos perto moramos longe e um descaso com meus filhos que fazem tratamento a mais de 10 anos são síndromes raras e tomam remédios controlados ..Ficamo.Esperando e ninguesperando serat

Now the doctors change they don't let us know when we're doing the form at the reception, not to mention that they make appointments we arrive early and don't attend at the appointed time. come or not. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com carta do psiquiatra do posto de saúde para renovar receita e acompanhar no hospital , falaram que não renovam receita no pronto-socorro e que lá no pronto-socorro não fazem acompanhamento e não quiseram me internar .
Trato com psiquiatra faz 06 ANOS e precisa demorar 06 HORTAS pra ser chamado e receber carta pro psiquiatra do posto que já acompanho .
Melhor já marcar psiquiatra pelo posto de saúde que for , e esperar a consulta em casa ao invés de no vento da """sala de espera"""" . Não volto mais

I've been dealing with a psychiatrist for 06 YEARS and it takes 6 HORTAS to be called and receive a letter to the psychiatrist from the post I already follow.
It's better to schedule a psychiatrist at whatever health center it is, and wait for the appointment at home instead of in the wind of the """waiting room"""".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou aqui desde as 20h40 com meu filho em crise de ansiedade. Já são 23h44 e nada de atendimento e não está cheio. Meu filho em crise e essa demora absurda. Ele passou mal deram um medicação pra ele tomar e estamos aguardando... A recepção informa que demora bastante, acho que é para as pessoas desitirem. Um local para atendimento psiquiátrico desse jeito é lamentável....
I've been here since 8:40 pm with my son in an anxiety crisis. It's already 11:44 pm and no service and it's not full. My son in crisis and this absurd delay. He felt sick, they gave him a medication and we are waiting... The reception informs that it takes a long time, I think it's for people to give up. A place for psychiatric care like this is regrettable....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na última segunda feira dia 31/01, fui levar meu esposo na no pronto socorro e chegando lá a espera para ser atendido era de 4 a 6h. Além de muito tempo, havia idosas e mulher com uma adolescente para ser atendidas que chegaram cedo e com medo de ser chamada ou por não terem dinheiro estavam mais de 4 horas no mesmo lugar sem comer e sem atendimento. Eu acho que deveriam rever essa questão de tempo, pois entendo que as pessoas que acompanham familiares com problemas psiquiátricos não deveria ficar em espera tanto tempo assim oara ser atendido. Isso é lamentável

I think they should review this issue of time, because I understand that people who accompany family members with psychiatric problems should not be on hold for so long to be seen. this is unfortunate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento com o psiquiatra foi bem atencioso. Porém a espera para o atendimento é muito demorada . Não sei exatamente se tem relação ao horário noturno e por esse motivo redução de colaboradores.
O hospital é de grande referência, tanto para estagiário da área psiquiátrica ou da saúdemental, como para paciente com transtorno ,comodidade e outras doenças mentais .
Gostaria de ressaltar que a minha avaliação é referente ao atendimento e não acompanhamento ou casos de internação de como os pacientes são tratados dentro da unidade
