★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O CAPS Adulto de São Mateus (após alguns anos de observação como usuário), na minha opinião, posso afirmar que o Equipamento se faz de modelo, tanto para o setor público Estadual quanto ao Municipal, no atendimento para com a população.
Espero que continuem nos tratando com carinho, afeto, respeito e, mais do que isso, que possam sempre estar se aprimorando no que já fazem bem.
 The Adult CAPS of São Mateus (after a few years of observation as a user), in my opinion, I can say that the Equipment is a model, both for the public sector, State and Municipal, in serving the population.
I hope that they continue to treat us with affection, affection, respect and, more than that, that they can always be improving in what they already do well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de entender nelhor a função dos caps. Minha Tenta fazer tratamento no caps Itaquera que o que faz na verdade é só medicar com a psiquiatra, quando consegue consulta. Psicologo é uma tremenda dificuldade pra conseguir terapia. Essa manhã minha filha estava bem alterado pois fez uso a noite toda. Fui no caps são mateus que é o mais próximo, mas não tinha como ser atendidas porque as sextas feiras é dia de reunião dos profissionais. O que eu vi quando cheguei eram vários funcionários na calçada conversando e fumando... isso era por volta de 11h da manhã... Se eu quisesse esperar até 13h talvez alguém pudesse atender a minha filha... resolvi ir até o caps Itaquera e para minha surpresa tb estavam em reunião mas ia abrir meio dia. Um descaso, olham pra gente como se estivessem fazendo um favor... depois de ficar 1 hora lá, resolvem falar que ela só ia passar por um enfermeiro e que nao tinha médico na unidade. Ela estava super nervosa, corpo trêmulo, pressão baixa, parece que precisa estar morrendo pra alguém fazer alguma coisa... sabe onde fui parar? No ama do Artur Alvim onde pedi pelo amor de Deus pra ela passar por um médico. Graças a Deus atenderam bem, sem julgamentos pois parece que a maioria dos profissionais destes caps acham que não é uma doença mas falta de caráter. Desculpem mas caps foi feito pra inglês ver, na prática ta bem difícil conseguir atendimento. Depois ninguém sabe pq só aumenta o número de usuários. Desculpe o desabafo de uma mãe que não sabe mais o que fazer.
I would like to better understand the function of caps. My Attempts to do treatment at Itaquera caps that what she actually does is just medicate with the psychiatrist, when she gets an appointment. Psychologist is a tremendous difficulty in getting therapy. This morning my daughter was very upset because she used it all night. I went to the São Mateus caps, which is the closest, but there was no way to be attended because Fridays are a meeting day for professionals. What I saw when I arrived were several employees on the sidewalk talking and smoking ... it was around 11 am ... If I wanted to wait until 1 pm maybe someone could attend to my daughter ... I decided to go to Itaquera caps and to my surprise they were also in a meeting but it was going to open at noon. A neglect, they look at us as if they were doing a favor ... after staying there for 1 hour, they decide to say that she was just going to see a nurse and that there was no doctor in the unit. She was super nervous, her body was shaking, her blood pressure was low, it seems like she needs to be dying for someone to do something ... you know where I ended up? She doesn’t love Artur Alvim, where I asked for the love of God for her to go to a doctor. Thank goodness they served well, without judgment because it seems that most professionals of these caps think it is not a disease but a lack of character. Sorry but caps were made for English to see, in practice it is very difficult to get care. Then nobody knows why only the number of users increases. Sorry for the outburst of a mother who doesn't know what to do anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só por Deus tá difícil para eu conseguir um laudo para toma essa bendita vacina,ligo aí falam que eu perdi a vaga por não ir mas,mas eais a questão não tenho nenhum papel que fala isso,aí mandam ir no ubs vou até o ubs boa esperança,a assistência social de lá fala para mim aguarda ligação deles que vai me manda para o caps.a ligação nunca chega,ou seja como eu fico nessa situação tenho CID f20 ESQUIZOFRÊNIA esses benditos tremores que ninguém sabe dizer o que é e não tomei a vacina contra a covid 19,várias pessoas sem nada conseguem toma e eu não.....serio mesmo esperava que o caps fosse me ajuda mas não Tô tendo ajuda em nenhum lugar nem em caps em nem no ubs NEGLIGÊNCIA isso daí......nao e por que eu perdi a vaga que não podem me dá um laudo eu ia aí sempre participei de diversos grupos.isso daí tá errado.vou tem que fazer reclamação na ouvidoria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda a equipe é maravilhosa, deixo aqui meu elogio em especial para o Fábio, psicólogo da unidade e a Dra Luciane, que são dois profissionais maravilhosos, acolhedores, e que me ajudaram muito num momento super difícil, e graças a ajuda deles eu estou melhorando de forma gradual, viva o SUS, vocês fazem isso acontecer, vocês são o show. Muito grata, obrigada a toda a equipe, a farmácia, a recepção, todos, sem exceção.
The whole team is wonderful, I would like to give my special thanks to Fábio, a psychologist at the unit and Dr. Luciane, who are two wonderful, welcoming professionals who helped me a lot in a very difficult time, and thanks to their help, I am improving gradually, live SUS, you make it happen, you are the show. O mesmo estava sendo atendido, até ser rejeitado para tratamento na Ong CAPS III pela Sra Bianca; pois a Sra Bruna da UBS do Jardim Santo André uma excelente profissional muito atenciosa e a todo tempo querendo ajudar, Sra Bruna e Sra Beatriz acertaram de dar atendimento para o meu irmão, mas quando meu irmão foi até o CAPS III houve uma negativa com o dedo e o balançar de cabeça da Sra Bianca; minha mãe uma Sra de idade avançada presenciou tudo isso, precisamos de atendimento pois após ser excluído do programa houve uma acentuada piora junto a dificuldade esquizofrenica dele, pois o mesmo nunca foi agressivo mo CAPS III até porque ele não é agressivo, só tem dificuldades esquizofrenica e requer tratamento e acompanhamento.

The same was being attended to, until being rejected for treatment at the NGO CAPS III by Mrs. Bianca; because Ms. Bruna from UBS in Jardim Santo André, an excellent professional, very attentive and always wanting to help, Ms. Bruna and Ms. Beatriz agreed to provide care for my brother, but when my brother went to CAPS III there was a refusal with the Mrs Bianca's finger and head shake; my mother, an elderly lady, witnessed all this, we need care because after being excluded from the program there was a marked worsening with his schizophrenic difficulty, as he was never aggressive in CAPS III even because he is not aggressive, he only has schizophrenic difficulties and requires treatment and follow-up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pena que este CAPS NÃO ACEITA quem tem Transtorno do Espectro Autista de nível I (SEM transtorno do desenvolvimento intelectual e com LEVE ou NENHUM prejuízo de linguagem funcional).
Deveria ter um CAPS exclusivo pra adultos que sofrem deste transtorno global de desenvolvimento. Este CAPS só aceita quem tem transtorno bipolar, deficiência intelectual ou esquizofrenia grave!
Too bad this CAPS DOES NOT ACCEPT those who have Autism Spectrum Disorder level I (NO intellectual development disorder and with SLIGHT or NO functional language impairment).
There should be an exclusive CAPS for adults who suffer from this pervasive developmental disorder. This CAPS only accepts those who have bipolar disorder, intellectual disability or severe schizophrenia!
