Fiquei aguardando 50 min o atendimento. Sai extremamente chateada, frustada e sem atendimento, pois achei uma falta de respeito com o cliente aguardar tanto tempo. Não recomendo.
Frustrating experience. I marked my lighted brunette locks for 12h 30min. At 11h 20min of the scheduled day I received a request to arrive at 13h and I did so. I was waiting 50 minutes for the service. I left extremely upset, frustrated and unattended, as I thought it was a lack of respect for the customer to wait so long. I do not recommend.
