★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento... Ninguém atende o telefone para conseguir uma simples informação de castração e animais com Leishimaniose. Há um tempo liguei para saber sobre castração, e com muito custo consegui que me atendessem, e quando ia agendar falavam que era só no mês seguinte... ligando no mês seguinte já não tinham mais agenda para castração e mesmo ligando bem depois, não tinham material para realizar a castração... PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. Agora preciso de informações sobre animais com Leishimaniose e não consigo falar com ninguém! Se pudesse não dava nem uma estrela na avaliação!

(O agendamento é feito todo dia 25 de cada mês) para pedido da castração. Sendo que nos dias anteriores e posteriores não fazem o agendamento. É importante sempre insistir nas tentativas de ligação, fiquei sabendo que a linha telefônica é via internet e então depende do sinal. Por isso que muitas vezes a ligação cai antes mesmo de tocar... se a linha ficar ocupada é porque já tem uma outra pessoa na ligação. Ou seja, é tentar e tentar ... até conseguir. Já reservem o dia para isso!

Quem não conseguir ligar, entra no site da prefeitura, vai em 'Ouvidoria' e cadastra uma manifestação online. Tira print do histórico de tentativas de ligação e anexa na reclamação. Quem sabe assim alguma coisa é feita para resolver essa situação.
Se não conseguem atender a demanda, não ofereçam o serviço. Culpa do prefeito que não faz nada para melhorar.

Na zonozes de Ibirité muito mal atendido por uma funcionária que não quis me informar o nome dela
Eu estava precisando ontem de atendimento pro meu cãozinho que apresentou uma grande ferida com berne e no entanto liguei no zonozes falaram que não poderiam me ajudar com nada e nem mesmo ir na minha casa olhar a situação dele pois apareceu bastante debilitado! Pra minha tristeza meu cãozinho por falta de algum tipo de atendimento morreu ontem a noite !!! Tive que me vira pra enterra o mesmo pois o zonozes de Ibirité não funciona! E nosso dinheiro de impostos jogado fora com funcionarios arrogantes e ignorantes! Nota o pro zonozes de Ibirité !!!!!!!!!!?!!!!
