Oficinas de atividade física(aeróbica, musculação, hidroginástica), oficinas artesanais, música, teatro , inclusão digital , inglês , psicólogo. Vale a pena conhecer e se vc tem mais de 60 anos vai ver um outro lado da vida com pess
City Hall of Vitoria is to be congratulated for maintaining a place of activities for the elderly. The place is not adopted for the elderly. More has several activities for the elderly. Physical activity workshops (aerobics, bodybuilding, water aerobics), craft workshops, music, theater, digital inclusion, English, psychologist. It is worth knowing and if you are over 60 you will see another side of life with people
