★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mas uma vez tive constrangimentos na unidade Boris do Cabo de Santo Agostinho, fiz marcação do exame de tomografia com contraste e acompanhamento, no watsap Boris enviei foto da solicitação do meu médico, foto do meu RG e CPF, ê demais informações solicitadas, recebi a confirmação que o exame estava "autorizado" e rmarcada para dia 25/02 as 8:10hs, eu realizei o preparo dos medicamentos e fiz o jejum, ao chegar a unidade Boris fui informa pela recepcionista Silvana que meu exame não estava autorizado e se prontificou a tentar a autorização do Sassepe mas a mesma não tinha conhecimento de solicitar o acompanhamento a mesma realizou inúmeras ligações para se informar do assunto mostrando falta de conhecimento e preparo, falei pelo Watsap com Danile chefe da marcação onde me informou que a mensagem constava que teria que passar na clínica Boris para confirmar a marcação, mas essa informação nunca me foi dada e sim confirmada que estava autorizado o exame, em fim sai às 11:40hs sem realizar meu exame, e ficou com minha documento para solicitar automação do acompanhamento, pois mesmo o Sassepe autorizando a tomografia meu exame não foi realizado por falta da autorização do acompanhamento , acho um descasos com o paciente, varios paciente também tinha várias queixas da unidade Boris, aguardo providências para que estes procedimentos não ocorra comigo e com outros pacientes, em virtude do ocorrido estou indignada é insatisfeita com essa empresa que demonstra descaso, despreparo e incompetência por parte dos funcionários, e não tem o mínimo de acolhimento!

 But once I had embarrassment at the Boris unit in Cabo de Santo Agostinho, I booked the CT scan with contrast and follow-up, on Boris watsap I sent a photo of my doctor's request, a photo of my ID and CPF, I received too much information, I received the confirmation that the exam was "authorized" and scheduled for 02/25 at 8:10 am, I prepared the medication and fasted, when I arrived at the Boris unit, I was informed by receptionist Silvana that my exam was not authorized and was ready trying to get authorization from Sassepe but she was not aware of requesting follow-up, she made numerous calls to inform herself about the matter, showing lack of knowledge and preparation, I spoke with Watsap with Danile, head of the appointment, who informed me that the message was said to have to go to the Boris clinic to confirm the appointment, but that information was never given to me but confirmed that the exam was authorized, in the end it leaves at 11:40 h without conducting my exam, and he kept my document to request follow-up automation, because even Sassepe authorizing the tomography, my exam was not performed due to lack of follow-up authorization, I think that the patient was unreasonable, several patients also had several complaints from the Boris unit, I am waiting for arrangements so that these procedures do not occur with me and with other patients, because of what happened I am indignant and dissatisfied with this company that shows negligence, unpreparedness and incompetence on the part of the employees, and does not have the least welcome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento PÉSSIMO! Atendentes mal-educadas. Atraso no horário. Pediram pra chegar 30 min antes ( 8:00h) só fui atendida às 10:00h e pq fui me informar. Banheiro com torneira sem funcionar. Mulheres usando banheiro masculino como opção. NUNCA MAIS VOLTO!
Lousy service! Rude attendants. Time delay. I was asked to arrive 30 min before (8: 00h) I was only attended at 10: 00h and because I went to find out. Bathroom with faucet not working. Women using men's toilets as an option. NEVER GO BACK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes foram ótimas mas a Dra deixou a desejar, fiz duas ultrassonografias a médica fez os procedimentos com muitas pressas me parece que estava atendendo outras pessoas ao mesmo tempo, total falta de atenção ao paciente, a unidade da cidade do cabo de Santo Agostinho não gostei e não vou lá nunca mas não recomendo nota zero
The attendants were great but the Doctor left something to be desired, I did two ultrasounds the doctor performed the procedures in a hurry I think she was attending to other people at the same time, total lack of attention to the patient, the unit in the city of Cabo de Santo Agostinho did not I liked it and I’m never going there but I don’t recommend a zero score

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, passando quase uma hora para o agendamento do exame. Pedem para chegar com antecedência mas a pessoa é atendida horas depois no exame. Para remarcar exames nos canais de comunicação também, muito extenso os horários para responder.
Terrible service, spending almost an hour to schedule the exam. They ask to arrive in advance but the person is seen hours later in the exam. To reschedule exams in the communication channels as well, the hours to answer are very long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraco, dia de sábado atendimento a partir das seis horas da manhã e o estacionamento fechado e para piorar é pago.
Sistema de ar condicionado sujo, mostra-se que não faz manutenção. Um lugar onde tem muitas pessoas doentes e com saúde debilitada é uma fonte de transmissão de vírus, bactérias e outras mazelas.
Lugar escuro, estão economizando na iluminação e nas lâmpadas.
Atendimento das atendentes bom, mas acho que é devido a ser um sábado chuvoso.
A limpeza mostra-se bem feita de um modo geral.
