Ligo para informações de um exame e não me atendem, já liguei 10 vezes. A clínica está sem atendimento na recepção?
Acho que pelo menos um atendimento básico para informações aos pacientes deve existir. Vou continuar ligando até que me atendam, caso contrário procurarei a justiça!
