 Company does not provide accurate information. I drove 40km to get an order when I arrived at the door and I know it's a holiday in the municipality. And despair is the lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você pede uma coisa pelos correios e fica parada nesse local mais de 4 dias e demora muito para entregar, tem vez que sai para entrega e acaba não entregando e você fica esperando. Quando tenta ligar eles não atendem, quando tenta retirar algo que está parado a dias eles falam que " AINDA VAMOS SEPARAR O PRODUTO" sendo que a dias está ali. As contas não chegam mais!!
Horrível, se tivesse nota "0" seria essa.
You order something by mail and it stays there for more than 4 days and it takes a long time to deliver it, sometimes it goes out for delivery and ends up not delivering and you keep waiting. When you try to call they don't answer, when you try to remove something that has been stopped for days they say that "WE'RE STILL GOING TO SEPARATE THE PRODUCT" since it's been there for days. The bills don't come anymore!!
Horrible, if it had a "0" it would be this one.

Yesterday I removed my package at 15:00 without any problem, it didn't take me 5 minutes, super quiet, very polite attendant.
