★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo Local para se realizar uma entrega, a empresa não possui estacionamento, os Guardas aplicam multas sem dó, para Chegar ao local é necessário subir um morro pesado, sem falar nos riscos que se corre em ir de madrugada entregar a nota, onde recebem nota a partir da meia noite, não Desejo q ninguém realizar entregas neste local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho a muitos dias tentando falar (2489-2911/2920) com o departamento financeiro e só cai em caixa postal, o nº central (2489-2900) tbm só chama e ninguém atende... Alguém pode rever o que está acontecendo... É inacreditável uma empresa tão conceituada ter estes tipos de problema e ninguém da diretoria, gerencia e ou encarregados e empregados informar ao responsável para tomar as devidas providencias qto ao problema existente, e não é de hoje, isso vem a meses.... Sr. Fausto, reveja suas contratações, vcs estão muito mal de MÃO de OBRA... Só por Deus!!! Empresas assim, pode quebrar por maus funcionários incompetentes... Isso se passa na MATRIZ... NO CD Guarulhos!
I've been trying for many days (2489-2911/2920) with the finance department and it only goes to voicemail, the central number (2489-2900) also only calls and no one answers... Can anyone review what is happening.. It is unbelievable for such a reputable company to have these types of problems and no one from the board, management and/or supervisors and employees inform the person in charge to take the necessary measures with regard to the existing problem, and it is not new, it comes for months.... Mr. Fausto, review your hires, you guys are very bad with the LABOR... Just for God!!! Companies like this can go bankrupt because of bad, incompetent employees... This takes place at the HEADQUARTERS... ON THE Guarulhos CD!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui contratado para trabalhar na matriz como auxiliar de armazém. Referente a função nada a declarar, todas as atividades são fáceis de aprender e de executar. Referente ao ambiente de trabalho, aos líderes e a gestão que tenta fazer tudo fluir corretamente tive problemas psicológicos relacionado a pressão para produzir conforme a demanda que ali existe. Existe também uma hierarquia equivocada, líderes que não sabem liderar, líderes que não sabem ser exemplos, muitos menos cultivar ÉTICA e IGUALDADE. Eu consegui outro emprego e pedir pra ser mandado embora, mesmo sendo um bom funcionário e fazendo tudo de acordo com a política da empresa, essa gestão de líderes e gerentes não reconheceram meu esforço, não chegaram antes do prazo de experiência vencer pra avaliar meu desempenho, muito menos procuraram entender porque um bom funcionário deseja sair. Fizeram eu pedir as contas achando que eu sairia de cabeça baixa. Um ambiente com diversos líderes, gerentes, "chefes", rádio pião, um ambiente tóxico onde almoçamos assistindo vídeos de cultive ÉTICA e IGUALDADE e nada disso se assiste na prática. Agradeço a Deus primeiramente pela oportunidade de crescimento pessoal e profissional e depois ao Tenda Matriz e pelos líderes por me fazer enxergar meu potencial sem precisar ser reconhecido pelos mesmos.
I was hired to work at headquarters as a warehouse assistant. Regarding the function nothing to declare, all activities are easy to learn and perform. Regarding the work environment, the leaders and the management that tries to make everything flow correctly, I had psychological problems related to the pressure to produce according to the demand that exists there. There is also a mistaken hierarchy, leaders who do not know how to lead, leaders who do not know how to be examples, much less cultivate ETHICS and EQUALITY. I got another job and asked to be fired, even though I was a good employee and did everything in accordance with company policy, this management of leaders and managers did not recognize my effort, they did not arrive before the expiry period expired to assess my performance , much less sought to understand why a good employee wants to leave. They made me ask for the accounts, thinking I would leave with my head down. An environment with several leaders, managers, "bosses", radio tops, a toxic environment where we have lunch watching videos of cultivating ETHICS and EQUALITY and none of this is seen in practice. I thank God first for the opportunity for personal and professional growth and then to Tenda Matriz and the leaders for making me see my potential without needing to be recognized by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo !!!! vc encosta a carreta na doca a seis horas ,e não descarregar é uma vergonha um caminhão ficar mais de sete horas para descarregar um nojo de lugar.
Terrible !!!! you park the trailer at the dock at six o'clock, and not unloading is a shame for a truck to stay more than seven hours to unload a disgusting place.
