★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendas paradas desde o dia 18/08 lá, já abri reclamação no "Fale Conosco", simplesmente não resolvem.
Vou ter que acionar o Procon ou procurar meios jurídicos para resolver o caso.
 Stopped orders since the day 18/08 there, I already filed a complaint in "Fale Conosco", they just don't solve it.
I will have to call Procon or seek legal means to resolve the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa PÉSSIMA, não entregam a mercadoria, parada a mais de 30 dias, não atendem o telefone, não resolvem nada, ai fazem greve e choram quando se fala em privatizar, essa é a única solução, empresa LIXO!!

The order has been out of order for over a fortnight, and there isn't even a phone to answer it. It is unfortunate and stressful for the population to have to go through this!

Terrible service! They don't care about anything! They divert and spoil most orders. Not to mention misplacements and thefts!

Bad experience .... I think they want to keep my merchandise, they don't deliver, they don't answer the phone, they don't speak where it is .... they should put a slogan for the post office, POST OFFICE, EVERY TIME WORSE, now it gets worse and now it's Covid's fault ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não vem entregar encomendas e anotam que vieram e ninguém atendeu. Telefone não funciona exatamente pq deve ter muita reclamação. Enquanto muitos carteiros trabalham direitinho e se dedicam outros seguem espalhando incompetência e falta de empatia.
They do not come to deliver orders and note that they came and no one answered. Phone doesn't work exactly because there must be a lot of complaints. While many postmen work well and are dedicated, others continue to spread incompetence and lack of empathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tá pra nascer funcionário mais inútil que o entregador que sai dessa únidade para a minha região. Ficou a semana toda saindo com minha encomenda para entrega, não tentou entregar e voltou para os correios com a encomenda, "Tentativa de entrega não efetuada". É pra isso que a gente paga Sedex? Fazem a gente de palhaço, obrigam a ficar em casa o dia todo esperando uma encomenda que eles nem tinham intenção de entregar. Era contra a privatização, mas agora estou torcendo para que cada um desses vagabundos vão para a rua com justa causa.
A more useless employee is about to be born than the delivery man who leaves this unit for my region. He spent the whole week leaving with my order for delivery, did not try to deliver and went back to the post office with the order, "Delivery attempt failed". Is that what we pay Sedex for? They make us look like clowns, force us to stay at home all day waiting for a package they didn't even intend to deliver. I was against privatization, but now I'm rooting for each of these bums to go out on the street with just cause.
