★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total com o povo para fazer exame começa às 8 da Manhã o médico só chega a hora que bem entende.
As pessoas chegam cedo para nem saber que horas haverá atendimento.
 Total neglect with the people to take the exam starts at 8 in the morning the doctor only arrives at the time he wants.
People arrive early to not even know what time there will be service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone sempre ocupado, incrível ninguém ter a idéia de implantar uma URA nesse lugar, mesmo agendado espera horas e os médicos são completamente frios e fazem falsas promessas de fazer o parto, pra depois você ir ter seu filho com o plantão do hospital, não recomendo, não gosto desse lugar, abusam por será única clínica com obstetra da cidade.
Telephone always busy, incredible no one has the idea of implanting an IVR in this place, even if scheduled, wait for hours and the doctors are completely cold and make false promises to deliver the baby, so you can have your child on duty at the hospital, I don't recommend , I don't like this place, they abuse it because it will be the only obstetric clinic in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um atendimento bom quando fui fazer o rt-pcr, porém me mandaram pra casa e não informaram como poderia saber do resultado do mesmo, só me disseram que deveria esperar 7-14 dias e me diriam o resultado, mas como???
Ligo e sempre dá ocupado, vejo no app Conecte SUS e nada do resultado lá...
Como vou saber se estou infectada se não me ligam/atendem e não posso sair pois estou com suspeita?
I had a good service when I went to do the rt-pcr, but they sent me home and did not say how I could know the result of it, they just told me that I should wait 7-14 days and they would tell me the result, but how ???
I call and always get busy, I see in the app Connect SUS and nothing from the result there ...
How will I know if I'm infected if they don't call / answer me and I can't leave because I'm suspicious?

Lá está funcionando, aberto, porém, mesmo chegando lá você tem de ligar para marcar exame. Mesmo tendo um funcionário diante de você.
To schedule exams, just call the location!
It's working, open, but even when you get there you have to call to schedule an exam. Even if you have an employee in front of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui encaminhada para fazer um Eletro lá, na hora marcada fui chamada e fiz o exame. O técnico de enfermagem que fez meu exame era muito profissional, educado, atencioso e fui muito bem atendida.
Com relação a limpeza do ambiente, estava limpo, mas os banheiros n tinham papel e o chão estava molhado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o dia 28 de novembro de 2021 tentando marcar o exame que maternidade me encaminhou para fazer com a Dra . Denise Granja - fonoaudióloga e CEM se recusa a marcar o exame. Sempre com a desculpa que a médica está de férias. aparentemente ela está a 90 dias de férias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, a mais de 15 dias tento ligar pois fui atacada por agulha no centro de São Paulo.
Mandaram eu fazer todos os exames de sorologia, e disseram que iam ligar quando o resultado saísse, sendo que sairia em 5 dias.
Se ir na unidade, eles mandam ligar, e quando a gente liga ninguém atende.
Descaso total com a população de Itapecerica - Não é de graça, pagamos impostos e ficamos de mãos atadas.
Terrible, for more than 15 days I've been trying to call because I was attacked by a needle in downtown São Paulo.
They told me to do all the serology tests, and they said they would call when the result came out, and it would be out in 5 days.
