atendimento por conta de um congresso e eles ñ me comunicou então perdi meu dia de trabalho gastei com passagens dei viagem perdida e ainda tiveram a audácia de dizer q me ligaram mas meu telefone ñ atendeu, sendo uma grande mentira pq no meu telefone ñ tem nem uma ligação deles nos registro,nenhuma chamada perdida espero sinceramente que vcs tenham mas respeito por seus clientes.e fui grossa mesmo com a atendente pq vir dizer q me ligou desmentir ela na hora.
I've been to other times and the wait is always huge, but that's not why I'm giving 5 stars is for lack of responsibility with the consumer I'm from another city had an appointment with the pediatrician but the pediatrician can not come to do the
attendance because of a congress and they did not tell me so I lost my work day spent with tickets gave lost trip and still had the audacity to say they called me but my phone did not answer, being a big lie because my phone does not have a call from them on the record, no missed calls I sincerely hope you guys have more respect for your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 ⭐ não para os médicos, mas para o ambiente, a demora para começar o atendimento é ENOOOORME, era pra controlar a quantidade de pessoas e cada uma chegar num horário marcado. É muita gente pra pouco tempo.
