A funcionária que passei pela triagem de pré-exames (equipamentos modernos e organizados) antes da consulta foi super educada e atenciosa e a Dra.Talita é super educada, esclarecedora, calma e atenciosa. Gostei muito da consulta hoje (junho/2020), obrigada !
Excellent clinic! Very good service at reception that is fast, clean, organized, with seats preserving distance between people. The employee who went through the screening of pre-exams (modern and organized equipment) before the consultation was super polite and attentive and Dr. Talita is super polite, enlightening, calm and helpful. I really enjoyed the consultation today (June / 2020), thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui fazer um mapeamento de retina e me perguntaram se eu estava acompanhada ou se havia alguém para dirigir pra mim. Disse que não, pois quando agendei o exame ninguém me falou que minha pupila seria dilatada. Tive que remarcar o exame e nenhuma das pessoas com quem comentei sobre o transtorno causado me pediu desculpa. Inclusive, a recepcionista que reagendou meu exame, foi bem desatenciosa ( cometi o erro de não perguntar o nome dela) e fez cara feia quando eu reclamei que não havia sido bem orientada durante marcação de exame. Erros todos cometemos, mas o descaso já é outra coisa.
Today I went to do a retinal scan and was asked if I was accompanied or if there was someone to drive for me. I said no, because when I scheduled the exam nobody told me that my pupil would be dilated. I had to reschedule the exam and none of the people I commented about the disorder caused me to apologize. In fact, the receptionist who rescheduled my exam was very inattentive (I made the mistake of not asking her name) and frowned when I complained that I had not been well guided during the exam appointment. We all make mistakes, but neglect is something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulta agendada para 16:30 , cheguei as 16:00 , são 17:30 estou esperando até agora.
Já estão recolhendo os bancos, a clínica vai fechar e estou aqui com meu filho ainda para ser atendido.
Um descaso.
Um absurdo essa demora.
Appointment scheduled for 4:30 pm, I arrived at 4:00 pm, it's 5:30 pm I'm waiting until now.
The banks are already being collected, the clinic is going to close and I am here with my son still to be seen.
A neglect.
This delay is absurd.
