Estranhamente funciona até às 15h, e cheguei na unidade às 14h20 e a funcionária me disse que já estava atendendo o último usuário. Imagine você chegando numa loja, faltando 40 minutos pra fechar e o atendente diz que está atendendo o último usuário do dia.
Espero que façam uma reciclagem nos profissionais ou uma substituição.
Aos que desconhecem o local, fica numa comunidade onde você tem que passar por várias pessoas armadas e barricadas.

The service could be better and more humanized.
Strangely it works until 3 pm, and I arrived at the unit at 2:20 pm and the employee told me she was already seeing the last user. Imagine you arrive at a store, with 40 minutes to close and the attendant says he is serving the last user of the day.
I hope they do a refresher on the professionals or a replacement.
For those who don't know the place, it's in a community where you have to go through several armed people and barricades.
