O propósito do acompanhamento realizado pela equipe é garantir que não haja nova violação ou agravamento.
 CREAS Centenário is an equipment of the Municipal Department of Social Assistance and Human Rights, currently located in the Assistance Complex next to the Carlota Machado school. It assists individuals and families who have had their rights violated and who are in a situation of social vulnerability. The purpose of the follow-up performed by the team is to ensure that there is no new violation or aggravation.
