Quem chega primeiro é passado para trás e quem chega depois é atendido primeiro. Não tem senha para ordem de chegada.
A funcionária pergunta qual que é a ordem, sendo que os atendentes deveriam saber, não os pacientes.
Péssimo.
Total disorganization...
Whoever arrives first is passed over and whoever arrives later is attended to first. No password for order of arrival.
The employee asks what the order is, and the attendants should know, not the patients.
Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algumas experiências boas... outras não tão boas assim. Nunca tivemos problemas ao ser atendidos nesta UBS. A equipe médica e de enfermagem cumprem o papel, mas as atendentes do balcão de recepção... quanta diferença. Minha esposa, recém operada (cesariana), com um menino de um mês no colo, teve que chamar a atenção das atendentes, que eram três, para ser atendida. Ficou quase quinze minutos de pé... Complicado. Alô Secretaria Municipal de Saúde...
Some good experiences... some not so good. We never had problems being attended to at this UBS. The medical and nursing staff play their part, but the attendants at the reception desk... what a difference. My wife, who was recently operated on (cesarean), with a one-month-old boy in her arms, had to call the attention of the attendants, who were three, in order to be seen. He was standing for almost fifteen minutes... Complicated. Hello Municipal Health Department...
