★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ligaram pra mim falando que minha esposa tinha uma consulta hoje aqui no regional de São José dos Campos as 12h30 para chegarmos até as 12h, assim que chegamos aqui fomos informados que a consulta era as 11h... Agora eu e minha esposa perdemos o dia de serviço por incompetência de uma funcionária que não passou o horário correto... Ainda bem que aqui em SJC conseguimos reagendar a consulta... Se a vida da minha esposa dependesse dessa infeliz estaria morta...
They called me saying that my wife had an appointment today at the regional office in São José dos Campos at 12:30 pm to arrive by 12pm, as soon as we arrived here we were informed that the appointment was at 11am ... Now my wife and I lost the day of service due to incompetence of an employee who did not pass the correct time ... Thankfully, here in SJC we were able to reschedule the appointment ... If my wife's life depended on this unfortunate woman she would be dead ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção é bom, em contrapartida o atendimento da sala de vacina é péssimo ( já fui mal atendida por 3 profissionais da enfermagem).
