Atendimento presencial na recepção não tenho reclamação, foi muito rápido e bem atendido.
Deixei minha TV na assistência para reparo dia 22/02/2022, me informaram que em até 5 dias úteis teria retorno, depois de ter passado mais de 5 dias úteis, porém não houve... Hoje 07/03/22 ninguém entrou em contato comigo. Tive que ligar por diversas vezes, atendente atendia a ligação e desligava na minha cara após eu relatar o meu problema. Até que tive a ideia de ligar restrito e pedi para minha namorada começar a falar, depois peguei o celular e ameacei em abrir reclamação no site do Reclame Aqui e no Procon, se acaso desligassem novamente na minha cara. Qual foi a reação da atendente? Não desligou mais kkkkk' Aí me falaram que eles trocariam minha TV por uma nova, até aí tudo bem! No entanto, quando falaram o prazo para eu aguardar apenas o contato da Samsung entre 15 a 30 dias para agendar entrega da nova TV, eu não concordei! Pois, foi apenas uma promessa de retorno e não data definitiva de entregar minha TV nova.
Abri reclamação no Reclame Aqui e Procon sem pensar duas vezes.
 Horrible phone service and customer feedback!
Face-to-face service at reception I have no complaints, it was very fast and well attended.
I left my TV for repair on 02/22/2022, they informed me that within 5 working days I would get back, after more than 5 working days had passed, but there was no... Today 03/07/22 no one came in contact me. I had to call several times, attendant answered the call and hung up on my face after I reported my problem. Until I had the idea of calling restricted and asked my girlfriend to start talking, then I took my cell phone and threatened to file a complaint on the Reclame Aqui website and on Procon, if they hung up again on my face. What was the attendant's reaction? It didn't hang up anymore kkkkk' Then they told me that they would change my TV for a new one, so far so good! However, when they said the deadline for me to wait only for Samsung's contact between 15 to 30 days to schedule delivery of the new TV, I didn't agree! Well, it was just a promise of return and not a definitive date to deliver my new TV.
I opened a complaint at Reclame Aqui and Procon without thinking twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, tanto presencial quanto via telefone e Whatsapp... Triagem péssima, ficamos esperando do lado de fora devido a pandemia (correto), a menina deixou entrar uma mulher com criança no colo e deixou uma idosa com mais de 70 anos esperando em pé do lado de fora. Cheguei no local, a minha senha era a segunda pessoa a ser chamada, fiquei mais de 30 minutos esperando, sendo que tinha 5 atendentes sentados, uns conversando e outros no celular. Tive que levar meu aparelho 3 vezes, uma não encontravam número de serie, outra vez pediram pra levar o cabo do carregador e na última pediram pra levar a caixa, eu gostaria de saber o que ele iriam fazer se eu tivesse perdido a caixa, isso não existe, a garantia do aparelho não está condicionada a embalagem do produto. Precisa melhorar muito o atendimento pelo tamanho da Samsung
Terrible service, both in person and via phone and Whatsapp... Terrible screening, we were waiting outside due to the pandemic (correct), the girl let in a woman with a child on her lap and left an elderly woman over 70 waiting in standing outside. I arrived at the place, my password was the second person to be called, I was waiting more than 30 minutes, with 5 attendants seated, some talking and others on the cell phone. I had to take my device 3 times, once they couldn't find the serial number, another time they asked to take the charger cable and the last time they asked to take the box, I would like to know what they would do if I had lost the box, that does not exist, the guarantee of the device is not conditioned to the packaging of the product. Needs to improve a lot for the size of Samsung

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior assistência da sansung, incompetentes, mentirosos! Levei meu cel para trocar a tela , me deram o prazo de até 10 dias úteis, passarm 30 dias úteis e não arrumaram ainda! Pense bem antes de levar nesse lugar, falta de comprometimento total!

Um absurdo, chá de banco por não aprovar orçamento.
