O carinho pelo cliente é visível.... parabéns. Muito conforto e qualidade. Você deixa seu celular pra arrumar e de imediato já chega um sms informando o número de protocolo e o andamento do atendimento. Quando finalizar o atendimento o call center da Samsung liga pra você pra avaliar o atendimento e se seu problema foi solucionado.
A super visible and beautiful place. The service is wonderful, the attendants are super prepared, explaining every detail of what they are doing and will be done. The affection for the customer is visible... congratulations. A lot of comfort and quality. You leave your cell phone to clean and an SMS arrives immediately informing the protocol number and the progress of the service. When you finish the service, the Samsung call center will call you to assess the service and if your problem has been solved.
