A atividade de Cross training apesar de extenuante é divertida e nos deixa ansiosos pela próxima aula. Os treinos de Jiu Jitsu são disciplinados e atendem bem, tanto o público adulto como o infantil.
The gym is wide, the staff is attentive, the material is of good quality and the atmosphere is pleasant in all aspects. Cross training activity, although strenuous, is fun and makes us look forward to the next class. Jiu Jitsu training is disciplined and serves both adults and children.
