★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui no Município de Catarina, CE, há muitos cães soltos nas ruas e em algumas localidades rurais e, os mesmos estão matando muitas ovelhas. Com isso, os populares acabam matando os animais.
Na minha opinião, alguém do controle de animais precisa vir aqui com urgência, pois as pessoas que criam esses cães é que são verdadeiros animais por não controlarem as situações e não zelarem como deveriam, isso está prejudicando muitos fazendeiros com o aumento gradativo de cães soltos que matam criações como ovelhas e galinhas.
Não sei se Iguatu responderia por Catarina devido a distância ser bem menor que de Fortaleza até aqui, fato é que nenhum animal precisa ser maltratado, então, isso precisa ser visto aqui.
Here in the Municipality of Catarina, CE, there are many dogs loose on the streets and in some rural locations, and they are killing many sheep. With that, the popular end up killing the animals.
In my opinion, someone from animal control needs to come here urgently, because the people who breed these dogs are the real animals because they do not control the situations and do not care as they should, this is harming many farmers with the gradual increase of loose dogs that kill farms like sheep and chickens.
I don't know if Iguatu would answer for Catarina because the distance is much shorter than from Fortaleza until here, fact is that no animals need to be mistreated, so, this needs to be seen here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente totalmente abandonado pelo serviço público. Descaso, falta de estrutura e abandono da infraestrutura e dos bens materiais do Centro de Zoonoses. O veículo que deveria ser usado para recolhimento e transporte de animais de rua, está jogado no pátio se deteriorando, assim como todo o ambiente onde era pra abrigar estes animais que são abandonados desumanamente!
Environment totally abandoned by the public service. Wrongfulness, lack of structure and abandonment of the infrastructure and material assets of the Zoonoses Center. The vehicle that was to be used to collect and transport animals from the street is thrown into the deteriorating courtyard, as well as the whole environment where it was to shelter these animals that are abandoned inhumanly!
