★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço ótimo. Confesso que me amedrontei com os comentários negativos. Mas arrisquei e me surpreendi. Muito bem educados e solícitos. Precisei da mala com urgência e mudaram uma rota pra me atender. E... ficou perfeita. Parecia nova. Estava arrebentada (culpa dos aeroportos) e eles deixaram como nova. Recomendo. E o preço é justo. E o serviço de coleta e entrega ajuda muito!
 Great service. I confess that I was frightened by the negative comments. But I took a chance and was surprised. Very polite and helpful. I needed the suitcase urgently and they changed a route to attend me. And ... it was perfect. It looked new. It was broken (airport fault) and they left it as new. I recommend. And the price is right. And the collection and delivery service helps a lot!

Demorou 20 minutos só pra me atender, não resolveu o problema e ainda disse que “no Brasil tudo tem fila”, sendo que eu queria somente saber o valor dos dois únicos possíveis consertos. Triste um estabelecimento não fazer questão de atender os clientes com educação. Peguei minha mala e fui-me embora. Consegui resolver em outro lugar com educação e bem rápido, era só apertar um parafuso, levou o tempo que eu esperei ele me atender.
Do not waste time. Owner care is too rude. It took 20 minutes just to answer me, it did not solve the problem and even said that "in Brazil everything has a queue", and I just wanted to know the value of the only two possible repairs. It is sad that an establishment does not insist on serving customers politely. I took my bag and left. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poxa que serviço ruim gente, deixei a mala de um hóspede nessa loja 19/11 com previsão de entrega dia 26/11. No dia 25/11 liguei para saber do andamento já que haviam prometido informações via whats, do qual não enviaram nada, e foi informado que não havia a peça do conserto. Isso me causou muito transtorno, pois o hóspede está com viagem marcada ao seu país dia 26/11. Não merecemos falta de comprometimento e stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento eficiente e objetivo. Levei dias malas, uma para consertar o ziper e outra para repor um apoio de equilíbrio no solo. O resultado dos dois consertos foi muito bom. O sinal é de 50% do valor do conserto e o preço é ok.
